An Evening Prayer

written by 

Dear Lord I am waiting in a silent prayer
 I am frightened by the load I bear
 I am aware that this world can be cold and cruel
 I am afraid, cuz sometimes this path can be very lonely
 Please hear these words of mine:

Be with me now, hold me together, Be forever near me, lighten my darkness, Pour over me Your holiness
