Blogs and Bloggers deserving of this award
As a pastor, I know the power of volunteering. The many people that give selflessly of their time, talent, and treasure to advance the kingdom of God. My church thrives on them. I am always seeking, people who would serve the Lord, church and community. And today, I was touched when I read a post by Lee Ellzey. Here is what he said:
Seasons of Life. We have been in one of the most unusual seasons of life ever the past 16 months! Literally pouring our life, our time, our resources, ourselves into new friends and City Church Tallahassee. It has been a great journey! Is it just beginning? Is it over? Waiting on answers can be a hard thing. One thing we both know – 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – Jeremiah 29:11.
We are talking 16 months of giving oneself away, helping others, blessing others… For that I would to nominate – Life, Leadership and Faith for the HUG Award.
Walter, Thank you for the nomination. While we do what we do – you know who it’s really for! Bless you my brother!
