For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They shall spring up among the grass like willows by flowing streams.

Someone once said,

Without the Spirit of the Lord, we become packed and parched. That we need for him to inundate us with his love, and soak us with a steady stream so that what lies dormant can blossom.

Lord, help us to return to the source of life and spiritual satisfaction and make us the course through which you reach and touch others… Amen!
